DELIVERY

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item(s) back by following our return policy. 

Netherlands:

0-€50 = €6.95 shipping cost
Free shipping on orders above €50


Next day delivery:

All orders placed before 11 pm on working days, will be delivered on the next working day. 

Standard delivery:
All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 1 to 3 working daysDuring sale periods, this can be longer. 


Belgium, Germany Luxembourg:
0-€100 = €6.95
Free shipping on orders above €100
All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 1 to 3 working daysDuring sale periods, this can be longer. 

Europe:
0-€150 = €12,95
Free shipping on orders above €150
All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 4 to 7 working daysDuring sale periods, this can be longer. Orders within Europe will not be subjected to any additional charges.

Rest of the world:
0-150 = 19,95
Free above €150
All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 9 to 12 working daysDuring sale periods, this can be longer. For countries outside of Europe, there may be added additional charges by your local customs

 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace number . We can not be held responsible for late deliveries, because we do not have control over this.

 We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

DURING SALE PERIODS

  • Returning or exchanging sale products.
    Sale products can be refunded within 30 days. It’s not possible to return sale items in our stores. We only offer exchanges in-store when a faulty item was delivered.

    Please keep in mind sale & holiday periods might require extra processing time.
  • Sale order got cancelled

It may happen that your order is cancelled because of out of stock products. During our sale period, we have an enormous amount of traffic on our website. That means that a product may appear on stock but is possibly purchased by another customer at the same time. Our apologies for this misunderstanding.

  • Restock of sale products

We never guarantee that a product will be restocked. First come, first served.

  • Can I cancel/change my order?
    During our sale period, we have an enormous amount of traffic on our website cancelling or changing any order won’t be possible.
  • Didn't receive a confirmation email

If you do not receive an e-mail from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation e-mail for your order, please contact our customer service team at info@grind4more.store
